Snowman Pizza

This Snowman Pizza is the cutest and cheesiest Holiday and Christmas treat! Make a snowman in your kitchen with this margherita pizza.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can pizza dough 391g
  • 4 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese low-moisture, 300g
  • 4 black olives whole, pitted
  • ¼ piece carrot
  • 8 leaves fresh basil garnish

Instructions
 

  • Un-roll the pizza dough onto a parchment paper lined baking tray. Divide the dough into 4 small rectangles. Partially bake for 8 mins at 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread 1 tbsp of pizza sauce on per pizza rectangle.

Snowman body

  • Slice a tubular slab of mozzarella cheese into 5mm disks. Use 1 small (1¾ or 44mm) and 1 large cookie cutter (2¼ or 57mm) and slice the mozzarella disk to make the head and body of snowman. Place head and body onto pizza dough.
  • Slice whole olives in half. Take a piping tip and push into olive, cutting out a small round dot for the eyes. Place 2 pieces for the eyes and 5 pieces for the smile onto the snowman's face.
  • Slice whole olives into rings, taking 2 rings and placing it on the snowman's belly.
  • Slice carrot into disks, cutting out an isosceles triangle out of each disk. Place 1 carrot nose on the snowman's face.

Bake pizza

  • Place back into oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10 mins, or until cheese is melted (not browned).

Garnish and serve

  • Place 2 basil leaves for the snowman's bowtie, serve with a side of pizza sauce for dipping.
